most néztem a uk ebay oldalt. ott azt írja hogy ha nincs megoldás a case nyitást követően akkor 8 nap után tudod eszkalálni. nem 3 nap. itt szépen le van írva minden

tehát a lényeg: 8 nap után tudod követeléssé alakítani, ha a seller nem mond semmit.
