Please be advised that , if your item was delivered at least 3 days ago and the online tracking information shows delivery to buyer's address please contact us by email or on the phone providing tracking number and transaction ID and we'll release the payments for you.

You can avoid payment holds if:

Your eBay account and PayPal account have been open for 6 months or more and you have a history of successful selling activity.
Your negative Feedback rating from buyers on eBay is 5% or less.
Your average eBay Detailed Seller Rating is 4.5 or above.
You’ve received 20 or more Detailed Seller Ratings in the last 12 months.
You don’t sell items in higher-risk categories where we see more chargebacks and disputes. These categories include tickets, gift certificates, computers, consumer electronics, and cell phones.
