problem with these comparisons is that other brands like Makita and Hitachi use chips in the batteries that shut off power when the battery runs low on power to save the batteries being used on low power which shortens the life of your batteries. Where as dewalt doesn't have a feature like that, so it looks good for dewalt when you compare them like this, but if you're using them with work like i do, you're batteries will die sooner then the better brands.
