"just got off of support chat with microsoft and was told the problem has been fixed and you should have vip access and DLC cars within a few hours. i asked for a refund and then do the re-buy but they said no need since its been fixed. i was told by support the reason some people have access and others didnt was because of a data congestion that made some users not be able to connect and they have expanded their system to fix the problem
now this is just what i was told, could be BS, could be true. i guess i will find out in a few hours"
