Sziasztok, amióta kijött a ios10 azóta keresgélem a megoldást a JB - Cydia-ra. Most találtam ezt:

In order to install cydia on iOS 10.1, you should have a windows/mac/linux pc with you. You cannot install cydia on iOS 10.1 using any OTA methods like Pangu Cydia for iOS 9.3.3.

Step 1 : Download and Install Cydia Impactor(Make sure that you download the latest version)
Step 2 : Download Cydia.ipa for iOS 10.1 Jailbreak
Step 3 : Run Cydia Impactor and connect your iPhone, iPad or iPod to the computer.
Step 4 : Drag and drop downloded Cydia.ipa to Cydia Impactor
Step 5 : Provide your Apple ID user name and password to sign the Cydia.ipa(These details will only sent to Apple for Application Signing process
Step 6 : After Installing go to Settings > Generel > Device Management and tap on your Apple Id and Trust Cydia App
