Sziasztok!

Egy nagyon bosszantó és számomra teljesen új problémával állok szemben.

Paypalra próbáltam tegnap belépni, ám riasztott,,hogy gyanús tevékenységet észleltek egy számomra ismeretlen helyen,100 mérfölddel arrébról.

Ezért kérte,hogy töltsek fel ID-t,hogy igazoljam én vagyok én, majd válasszam ki az adott tevékenységeket amik rám vonatkoznak illetve változtassak jelszót is,ami ilyen esetben természetesen ALAP.

Fel is töltöttem a személyigazolványom fotóját,aztán nem engedett sajnos továbblépni a paypal tevékenységekhez, azt írta, ellenőrzés alatt van a dokumentum amit feltöltöttem. Még mielőtt valaki kérdezné, igen, www.paypal.com weboldalt használtam nem mást.

Aztán újra belépve ez az üzenet fogad:

Azaz nem tudok hozzáférni az accountomhoz ahogy ez tisztán látható a képen.

Jött is e-mail aztán rögtön,service@paypal.com-tól,hogy:

Illetve jött egy másik e-mail is szintén service@paypal.com-tól,hogy megváltoztattam a jelszómat sikeresen.

Majd ezután jött mégegy e-mail, immáron service@paypal.co.uk-től , immáron egy másik kóddal:

Miután próbáltam követni az 5 pontos instrukciót ahogy kérte immáron VPN nélkül(valóban használtam proxyt előtte,konkrétan 1 évig kb soha nem volt problémám vele), már a loginnál nem jutottam tovább, továbbra is review alatt áll :

Kérdéseim:

1: Valaki aki benne van a témában, feltudna világosítani, hogy a fenti anomália (masszív ellentmondás) esetében most mi a frászkarika van?

2: Jelen paypal accountom státuszában tudok-e fogadni refundot ebayről az eladótól?

2.1 Ha tudok fogadni refundot az ebayről az eladótól, akkor azt megkapom-e a bankszámlámra?

2.2 Ha nem tudok fogadni refundot az ebayről az eladótól amíg elbírálás alatt áll a paypal accountom ,és kifutok a 30 napos moneybackguarantee időből, akkor ilyenkor van esélyem,hogy később megkapom ha paypal jóváhagyja az accountom? Lehetséges ,hogy időtlen időkig review alatt lesz a paypal accountom és soha nem látom viszont a refundom?

3: Ha valaki már megtapasztalta ezt amit én, és esetleg neagyjisten van valami módszer rá,hogy visszaállítsam a paypal accountomat hogy újra a régi legyen és használhassam is, légyszi árulja el hogy járt sikerrel.

4: Ilyen esetben ha paypal ügyfélszolgálatával beszélek, mennyire segítőkészek?
