  Ez szerintem nem rossz, foleg azert, mert a projekttol/cegtol/helyzettol fugg, hogy epp ki milyen szinten van. Pl. most benne vagyunk valami nagyobb kormanyzati tenderben, es ott engem a 7-esbe soroltak, de ha mondjuk atmennek a Teslahoz kormanymufejlesztesre, akkor jo esellyel az 1/2 szinten kezdenek.
