  Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts customer support. Regarding your issue as after your order was cancelled you didn't received the refounded money.

  If a game is bought in pre-order the money is not taken from the account - only reserved by the bank. As the pre- orders were cancelled because the publisher the locking should be removed from this money.

  In our database it shows the cancellation and there is no charge belonging to this order anymore.

  Please contact your bank about the details.
