  They say it is the season to be jolly, but that's rather difficult when the World's about to end. In the event that the World does not end this evening, we at EA Phenomic would like to take this opportunity to wish all of our fellow Skylords, fans and players a very merry Christmas and outstanding New Year celebrations. May bearded men in red robes bring you your heart's desire and may 2013 be the year to top all others.

  That´s obviously not all. We also want to give something back to you, but life is hard and so is BattleForge, therefor we are going to combine it with a little challenge.

  Everybody online in the game at the exact time of 6pm UTC on Sunday the 23rd of December 2012 will get the following:

  All booster items for one week.
  4000 Gold
  80 Battle Tokens
  50 Victory Tokens
  5 Honor Tokens

  Santa knocked sad on our heads as he also wanted to be included, so we even put a challenge on top. If we get 2000 players online at exact 6pm UTC, everybody online at this time will get the exclusive Santa Claus Card.

  Ho Ho Ho, isn´t that a challenge we should be able to master - of course!

  So in the meantime, take a few moments to rest by the campfire, sing a few carols with your comrades and enjoy the eggnog, mince pies, roast turkey or whatever else you can scavenge from the canteen.
