Még csak ne is őket keressem. Ezt nem értem, nincs valami nyilvántartásuk, hogy ez a csomag ezzel a trackingel hol van?

A DHL Express-es Eugene, aki válaszolt teljesen korrekt volt, sőt, még továbbította az emailemet az eCommerce részleghez. De akik az eCommerce-nél válaszoltak, na azok még csak normális válaszra sem méltattak.
