  Segíteni szeretnék egy ismerősnek. Eddig kétlaki életet éltek a családjával de most úgy néz ki végleg Magyarországra költöznek. Ő jelenleg OIaszországban dolgozik és olasz állampolgár is. A teljes CV-t nem osztanám meg de a lényeges részeket kivágtam, meg az esetlegesen érzékeny adatokat.

  Az lenne a kérdés, hogy milyen fizetési igénnyel vágjon neki az alábbi háttér ismeretében?

  2007 - IT System Engineer (Position with responsibilities)
  Migration from old Exchange 2003 to 2007 then to 2010 and lately to 2013.
  Support the migration of part of the Client’s mailboxes to Office 365 and supporting different issues.
  Support Lync migration from version 2010 to 2013 and decommissioning the old 2010 servers.
  Configuring VoIP phones for customers.
  Backup management using Microsoft DPM (2007, 2010), mananging and updating the fax via email
  service using Kofax Topcall. Managing all the involving servers necessary to the email service delivery
  and related, from installation and SAN connectivity to managing and handling hardware issues.
  Building up virtual labs using both VMware and HyperV solutions to replicate the production system
  and test applications and changes to be.

  2005 - 2007 - Team Leader (Position with responsibilities)
  Team Leader of the IT II/III level support; managing and maintenance of all the phisical and virtual servers installed (Windows Server 2003, 2000, NT), migration to the new server Windows 2003, support for the remote help desk located in Bari (I/II level); managing backup and SUN servers

  2001 - 2005 - IT-System Engineer (Position with responsibilities)
  Managing and migration the old NT domain of the “Area Finanza” to Windows 2000, implementation
  and managing Active Directory, patch and application distribuition using Microsoft SMS 2.0 and its
  migration to the 2003 version; installazion, managing and migration of the backup Veritas Backup
  Exec platform (8.6 updated to the 11d); managing the centralized Antivirus console using McAfee
  ePolicy Orchestrator. Installation, manage and migration to the new version of the Microsoft SQL DB
  server. On the clients I have installed the workstations (NT, 2000, XP) with the financial application
  necessary to the market trader operators; installation and configuration of the mobile devices
  (notebook, handheld, cell phones) for access to all the Bank’s services.
