An on-die PLL filter solution will be implemented on the processor. The VCCPLL input is
used for the PLL. Refer to Table 4 for DC specifications."

Ha jól olvasom le, akkor 1.5V felsznek kell rajta lenni

Tehát p4 esetén nincs funkciója.

Milyen processzorral használta? Lehet, hogy az övével még nincs szerepe ennek a pin-nek és ezért mehetett vele.

Ezek alapján azt mondanám, hogy p4-es processzorral a görbült láb ellenére is teljesen működőképesnek kell lennie a lapnak, viszont core2 alapú procik esetén ez egy fontos pin, szerintem enélkül nem képes menni core2 proccal.

Ha van valami régi p4es procid, akkor ki tudod próbálni, hogy más baja is van -e

Egyébként annó mikor az lga775 megjelent állítólag órásmesterekhez vitték a lapokat, mert azoknak van olyen precíz eszközük és biztos kezük a javításhoz
