  83mm SSP Brew népszerűsítő misszió ON:

  Asser honlapját olvasgatva feltűnt, hogy azon rendkívül ritka emberek közé tartozik, akik ismerik a 83mm SSP BP (Brew) késeket. Szinte semmit nem találni róla a neten, egyetlen review sincs sehol, amit baromira furcsállok, mert nekem meg szerelem. Megkérdeztem Assert, hogy ő, mint olyan ember, aki rengeteg darálót tesztelt (jelenleg is 30+ darálója/kése van otthon), mit gondol erről a késről. Ezt írta:

  "To put it short, I really like those burrs. I have them in the DF83V and they have become a favorite for me. I like how they give me the SSP qualities in terms of clarity, transparency and acidity but the BP are able to do it without being harsh, astringent, or unflattering. I use them quite frequently when I want to get a really good reading on what a coffee actually tastes like. So for cuppings and quality control.
  The downside with them is that they can be a little bit neutral, some people would say boring compared to other burr sets out there that can give you a more extreme presentation.
  But this is also a matter of dialing in. You can certainly get mind-bendingly good cups with these burrs. Sometimes I run them at 300 RPM and slow feed, and that can really give me some next level clarity.
  Another good thing about them is that they are INSANELY good for lungos and actually are also surprisingly good for both modern espresso as well as even traditional espresso.
  So, in short, they are actually some of my favorite burrs. As you might know, I also really like the 83mm cast burrs. However, the BPs have been in my 83v for more than nine months now. So that should tell you something about how much I enjoy them. I'm actually in a huge dilemma as to whether I should get an additional 83V so I can have both these pairs running at the same time :)
  I think they blow all the SSP sets in the 64mm size out of the water. They are more balanced, less extreme, but I think more consistent, and with higher potential than there are smaller burrs."
