  Hello fellow customers

  Apparantly it hasn't been very clear to most people why it takes 1+ month to receive a package or that tracking still shows that it's stuck in China
  The official explanation is that the Chinese Customs increased inspection of packages,this due to the upcoming 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China
  The Congress will start on November 8th 2012 and going by the lengths of the previous congresses will last about a week.
  So therefore I estimate(a guess) that the delays will last till the 2nd half of November

  Please pay attention to this and have patience, DX has done whatever it can but it's not under their control as it affects all outgoing packages and not just DX'. Otherwise wait with your orders till after the congress.
  Also pay attention that tracking will not be trustworthy at this moment, the updates are very slow and nearly non-existant.

  China and Hong Kong Customs’ have temporarily increased package inspection due to China’s upcoming National Congress resulting in some shipping delays.

  If the tracking status on the postal service hasn’t updated 6 business days after the initial scan, please use this form (http://cs.dx.com/Ticket/Check/Order.Hold) to request an offline tracking update.

  We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding
