    Lights Out: Destroying an enemy weak point resets skill cooldowns for you and nearby group members

    Center Mass: Shoots heavy slugs instead of buckshot
    About slugs:
    One big round instead of pellets
    Maximize opportunity for accuracy
    Slugs have longer optimal range
    Better damage fall off
    Damage same as the combination of all pellets of buckshot

    Eir and Hildr (replace Valkyria)
    Twin Valkyries (Weapon Set Bonus: only active when both weapons are equipped): Each hit with the Hildr increases critical hit damage by 1% to a max of 100. The bonus decreases by 1 every second.
    Hildr has no critical hit chance
    Eir has critical hit chance rolled on it.
    Idea being, build crit damage with Hildr, swap to Eir for damage burst.
    Concerns of its potency when used with SEEKR/Striker
    Interesting coupling with LoneStar

    Pakhan
    Pakhan: Each kill makes the next reload have 20% extra bullets compared to its base

    Hungry Hog
    Glutton: Killing a target increases your damage dealt with 20% until you stop firing.
    Multiple kills stack this bonus

    Liberator and Centurion
    Free Republic (Weapon Set Bonus): Each shot with the Liberator grants 5% to your next headshot damage with the Centurion. Max is 200%. Kills with the Centurion grants 10% RPM to all weapons for 10 seconds.
    Work in tandem, must have both weapons equipped
    Upon unequipping either weapon, bonus is removed
    Concerns that it might create some sort of one shot builds. When trying it out we found that so far it hasn’t appeared to be possible though

    Cassidy
    Boomstick: Double trigger fires off both barrels in short succession

    Urban MDR
    Distracted: Your damage is increased by 10% against targets with status effects

    Warlord
    Play Rough: Damage taken is reduced by 20% while firing. The taken damage is applied when you stop firing.

    Damascus
    Quickdraw: When drawn weapon damage is increased by 20% for 2 seconds. After that weapon damage is decreased by 20%.

    Historian
    Historian: Each bullet embeds itself in the target and detonates 2 second later for 20% of skill power.

    Golden Rhino
    Golden Rhino: Increase stagger by 200%

    Caduceus
    Caduceus: Each critical hit heals you and your group for 1%

    Midas
    Midas: Every bullet reduces the effectiveness of healing on you with 1% and every bullet hit reduces the healing on your target by 1%. Debuff is reduced by X% every second (WIP).
