Komolyan nem értem, hogy az emberek miért vágnak neki egy ratyi szettel egy Heroic küldinek... Még challenge hagyján, de Heroic.... Jön a skill buildel, amivel semmi baj nincs, de ha legalább már ilyen irányú buildje van akkor a skill legyen már erős, de mikor se sebzés, se skill power azt imádom.

Inkább megcsináltam egyedül Heroic rooseveltet. Jobban jártam vele.... Így még a vége előtt meglett az exo láda.

Exotics and Talent Changes:

Sawyer’s Kneepads – Reworked
Cannot be staggered by explosions.Increase total weapon damage by 3% each second you are not moving. Stacks up to 10x and stacks are lost when moving.This exotic only provides defensive attributes and no brand bonus, so now has potential for high damage and makes it appealing to both red and blue builds.
Developer comment: The old version didn’t provide enough engaging gameplay; this change should help with that.

Reduced cooldown to 35s (down from 40)
Developer comment: This buff is to better compensate for the lack of brand bonus.
​Dodge City Gunslinger
Reduced charge up time 30s (from 50s)

​Diamondback – Reworked
Now Grants all shots guaranteed crits for 5s after hitting a mark.
Developer comment: The Diamondback is underperforming, and this change should make the bonus a bit more exciting.
Merciless/Ruthless – Buff
Explosion damage increased to 1200% (up from 900%)
Tag Team - Reworked
The last enemy you have damaged with a skill is marked.Dealing weapon damage to that enemy consumes the mark to reduce active cooldowns by 6s.Cooldown: 4sDoes not consume mark if no skill is on cooldown.
Reassigned – Buff
Killing an enemy adds 1 round of a random special ammo into your sidearm.Reduced cooldown to 15s (down from 20s).
Tamper Proof – Reworked
Enemies that walk within 3m of your hive, turret, or remote pulse are shocked.Arm time: 2s.Increased cooldown per skill to 10s (up from 5s).
Developer comment: Even though we are adjusting NPCs not rushing towards skills as much this talent gives players the ability to be more lenient when placing their skills to gain the effect, without turning themselves into a grenade.
​Empathic Resolve - Buff
Repairing an ally, increases their total weapon and skill damage by 3-15% for 20s (up from 10s). 1-7% if self.
Developer comment: Currently it is difficult to keep a high uptime in 4-man content as non-tank players try to be as safe as possible and NPCs have higher lethality, so chip damage is less frequent. This also buff is also meant to make Empathic Resolve able to better compete versus the True Patriot debuffs.
​Creeping Death
When you apply a status effect, it is also applied to all enemies within 8m (up from 5m) of your target.Reduced cooldown to 15s (down from 20s).

Tegnap pár streambe belenéztem, szerencsére a community még “useless holster”-ként tartja számon.

Üdv. Szokásom megnézni, hogy játék kezdete előtt ki milyen szettet használ. Tegnap heroicon álltam neki a tombsnak hátha dob valami jót. Rákerestem randomokra és full lila szettel jött tudom kezdő volt hát de na.

azert sikerult egy ujabbat belerugniuk az amugy se acelos skill build felhozatalba.

Az elmúlt hét végéig tartottam a skill buildeket, de számomra nincs értelme, így betörtem őket. Most hétvégére a TrueP. EB és Pestilence buildet rakok össze az még nem volt.

Damagre tényleg nem jók, de én mostanában minden black tuskos küldire egy status effect + skill hastes builddel megyek, exotic táskával és full sárga mainekkel. A talentek meg a jammer pulse és a vakító firefly.

Imádom. Mini tank, drón kutya és sima drón mind esélytelen a folyamatos jammer miatt. Lehet hogy csak benéztem de mintha a gránátosok sem lövögetnék a gránátjaikat amíg disruptedek. A damagem kb semmi, csak amit a jammer sebez a cuccokba, de mégis ultra könnyű lesz ezzel minden ami black tuskhoz köthető.

a skill buildek meg mindig nagyon erosek, csak tele vannak bugokkal es parat nem artana atdolgozni (pl a tuzes cuccok). azert is irtam, semmi ertelme nem volt egy hasznalhato buildet kukazniuk. ugye ez elvileg a sniper turret verziot teszi tonkre.

nagyon latszik, hogy tobb helyen is a pvp miatt lett olyan skill amilyen. kar, hogy igy mindenhol hasznalhatatlan.

Elkezdtem a New York-it. Pillanatok alatt 33-ra felszaladtam. Kettő kérdésem volna:

1. Ha visszalépek DC-be, elvesztem a 33-as szintet?
2. Az EXO cuccokat sem lehet 515-nél tovább fejleszteni, ha elérem a 40-es szintet?

1. Nem tudsz visszamenni amíg nem fejezed be a kieget. Ekkor már 40. szintű leszel.
2. Nem lehet.

És Gubu0101: szintén zenész. A Raid-et is azért adtam fel, mert vagy 30 próbálkozás után csak szemetet kaptam, és NULLA EB-t. És azért ott soxor állt össze olyan dream-team, hogy 4 órát szoptunk.

Valahogy nagyon szemét módon van a random generátor megírva. Ez már a DIV1-re is igaz volt. Az ismerőseim közül nekem lett meg utoljára a Bullfrog, aztán meg dobálta, mint állat.

Account suspensions
We were recently made aware of a bug that could be exploited and allowed players to increase their damage to an unintended amount. In accordance to our Code of Conduct we will suspend accounts of those who have systematically exploited this so called “DPS Glitch” in order to gain an unfair in-game advantage. The use of this exploit has negatively impacted the game’s economy, leaderboards, been hugely detrimental in PVP and has negatively affected the enjoyment of the game for many.

Players who have exploited this bug will receive a one-week suspension starting immediately and will be unable to play Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 during this time. Furthermore, sanctioned players accounts will be flagged and any further offense will result in a permanent suspension.

In addition, the sanctioned players accounts will be rolled back to a save from March 17th, causing all account progress gained during this period to be reset.
