Graf felületen írd be terminalba hogy glxgears és megy. De segédprogramok közt is ott van, legalábbis nekem igen.
glxinfo - meg kiír néhány dolgot a kártyádról és a driverről. -

a vezérlőpulttal meg -tapasztalatom szerint- nem igazán érdemes foglalkozni. ha az fglrxconfiggal szépen beállítod, akkor közelébe sem kell menni a vezérpultnak.

Letöltöttem az új livecd-t egy próba erejéig, és tetszene is a dolog, de az istenért nem tudom a grafikus felületet beüzemelni a gépemen. Van egy régebbi p2-es laptopom ,azon csont nélkül felállt. Az asztali gépemen egy mezei Ati 9200se hajt dvi kimeneten egy Acer 1721-es tft-t. A gondom az, hogy a tft csak 50 és 60Hz-es jelet bír fogadni, feletti not suported.
Próbálkoztam az xsetup-pal, de 640x480-as felbontásnál nagyobbat nem sikerült elérnem.
Valami okos ötlet? Én abszulajte láma vagyok a linuxhoz.

A clamav nevű vírusírtó alapban van az uhu-ban.......... Azt szeretném kérdezni ezt nem lehet úgy beállítani, hogy folyamatosan ellenőrizzen? Meg az email-ek ellenőrzésére, hogyan lehet rábírni?

hát, a canon nyomtatók elég silányak _ebből a szempontból_.
olvastam egyszer olyasmit, hogy igazán jól csak egy fizetős progival lehet őket használni.
nekünk is van egy canon gép, és az üsz. úgy hajott el a fenébe szőrmentén, hogy winxp-hez való drivert kértünk tőlük. mit várjunk akkor a linuxos meghajtóktól.
de ez csak egy szigorúan off vélemény, meglehet, hogy butaságot mondok. -

felraktam függőségek nélkül. A progi megy is, csak sajna épp az én printerem nincs a sokszáz driver közt. A többi iPxxxx canonnal meg sajna nem megy.
Majd csak megjelenik a közeljövőben egy frissebb verzió, amiben már benne lesz.

tegnap leszedtem ezt a filet, ami elvileg jó lenne hozzá. Az a bibi, hogy ezt mind hiányolja, ha jól értem. Ezeket honnan tudom összeszedni és felrakni?

Srácok!
Segítséget szeretnék kérni tőletek, mint egyszerű felhasználó. Van egy iP1000-es nyomtatóm, amit szeretnék beüzemelni Uhu 1.2 alatt. A rendszer az alap feltelepített cucc. Nem nyúltam semmihez, mivel nem is igen tudnék. Egyenlőre csak ismerkedtem az 1.0-val, majd az 1.1-el, most meg nem bírtam ki, hogy ne szedjem le az újat. (Tetszik a cucc, csak az 1.0-n nem működött a hangkártya.)
Szóval az lenne a kérdés, hogy mit kell leszednem a netről, és feltelepíteni, hogy működjön. Remélem van valami kompatibilis driver hozzá.
(Az infrás meg usb-s háttértár kérdést majd eztán, nem rohanok. )

Ezt a Direct renderinget hol tudom átállítani?
Ez akkor lesz Yes, ha jól konfiguráltál.
mindaddig nem lesz több az fps amíg nem ''Yes'' a válasz
120nál biztos használta vmi a procit.
Másold be a conf fájlt, vagy tedd fel vhova, hogy lássam.
Bár én nem vagyok nagy linux-guru
Én is sokat szenvedtem vele, de addig nem hagytam amíg nem sikerült. Aztán egyből elmentettem a fájlt egy pár helyre -
