    Because it can be the difference between an enjoyable game and a frustrating game for you we have in place an in-game system that takes into account situations like this. To use this system simply press ctrl right click on the person's name and select complaint and then "unfair behaviour" for example. Rest assured that the system always takes the appropriate measures against them so that they don't do it again. Also, this tool takes into account if somebody is doing this all the time and the measures taken will become more and more severe.

    We will investigate your report and take all necessary actions to the player once found guilty but please understand that we are unable to provide any information regarding the investigation process.

    In the effort to keep a friendly game environment, our teams are taking measures against the non-respect of our game rules with sanctions between 1 day chat ban and 7 days game suspension. In unique situations, our team will sanction with a permanent chat or game ban depending on the player’s history. Due to our Privacy Policies, we cannot disclose the nature of the exact actions taken against other player’s accounts. However, I can assure you that the right actions were taken based on the report you sent us
