    válasz Archttila #4409 üzenetére

Megjött a hivatalos válasz: (hátha hasznos lesz valakinek) :)

I have checked, and it seems that our fulfillment network first tried to split your order [moderálva] into two shipments.

One shipment was for almost 40 EUR (38.90 EUR), and I have found that the system generated this as an authorization.

Finally, your order will be shipped in a single parcel, as both items have been located in the same warehouse.

Please rest assured that you have not been charged yet for this order.

Your payment method will be charged just before your items are dispatched.

Most likely, your bank is holding this extra authorization on your card. Some banks have been known to hold these authorizations for 7-10 business days.

When you place an order with Amazon.de or on Amazon.de Marketplace, we contact your credit card's issuing bank to confirm that your card has a valid number, and has not been reported as lost or stolen. This is communicated via a full authorization for the amount of the purchase. However, we don't actually proceed with the charge. This is simply one of the security measures that we use to protect our customers.

We kindly ask you to contact your bank if you wish to know how long the reservation of the amount on your credit card remains or to have this authorization removed.

When you contact your bank, please provide them with the Settlement Verification Code. This will help them locate and remove the authorization in question. Here's the code:

    - Settlement Verification Code: [moderálva]

Unfortunately, Amazon has no possibility to influence duration of authorization.

I hope this helps. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

    Have a lovely day, Attila!
