  Hi, I've got 240 / 20 Mbit/s internet at UPC Hungary with Samknows whitebox 3.0. I noticed it cant measure the right speed. I measured it myself a few times, and I had the promised speed most of the time. The whitebox could only measure the third of it. I set it up correctly, thats sure, and no downloading is going in between.

  Should this work so?
  If yes, whats the point of the survey?

  Thank you for contacting SamKnows about your SamKnows Whitebox.

  The SamKnows Whitebox can measure fixed-line broadband
  connections of up to 540 mbps.

  Can you confirm your set up is:

  Modem > Router > Whitebox > Wired devices

  Having checked the speeds we are getting from you are very variable.

  Please confirm all wired devices are attached to the Whitebox, none are conencted to the Router. All traffic must move through the device.
