  As part of the SamKnows Broadband Performance Measurement Study we give you access to your own data via an online reporting system - SamKnows Analytics. As part of our continuous effort to improve system functionality and user experience, we are delighted to announce that we have developed a new and improved SamKnows Analytics which is now available.

  The new system has been created with the aim to be more user friendly - making viewing and analysing your data even easier. You will continue to receive monthly email SamKnows Reports to allow you to compare performance and communicate with your ISP.

  To access the new SamKnows Analytics, go to the SamKnows login page here and log in using your existing credentials. If you do not recall these please select Forgot login credentials? and a temporary log in link will be sent to you. Once logged in, please refer to our FAQs for further information on how to navigate the new system.

  The next reporting period will be October 2014 with the study currently running until the end of 2014, so please keep your device connected!. The study may extend beyond this date. All those who join the project will be notified if this changes.

  If you know anyone who would be interested in joining this study by volunteering to host a SamKnows Whitebox please ask them to apply here.
