"Downloading the update
Click the file link to download the file from the Web page.
When prompted, select a drive and directory in which to save the downloaded file, be sure to select a path that does not have a space in it's name.Extracting the update
Installing this update involves creating a BIOS flash diskette and running the flash program from the diskette. Before you begin, have a blank 1.44 MB diskette ready.
Click Start, select Find or Search, then click Files and Folders.
Insert a blank 1.44MB floppy diskette into the diskette drive.
Type pjjt41a.exe in the search box, then click Find Now. This will locate the file you just downloaded.
Double-click the icon for pjjt41a.exe.
Follow the onscreen prompts. The necessary files will be extracted to the diskette.Installing the update
Close all open applications.
Leave the diskette in the A: drive, shut down, and then restart the computer to start the BIOS flash program.
When you are prompted to select a country, press the number on your keyboard which corresponds to the country in which you are using the computer. For example, press 1 for the United States.
Press Enter. You will be prompted with the current serial number of your machine.
If the serial number is correct, press N. You will be prompted with the current machine type/model number of your machine.
If the machine type/model number is correct, press N. You will be prompted with the following message

Röviden és nagyon nyers fordításban: másold be a gép vinyójára, mondjuk C:\BIOS könyvtárba ezt a bizonyos pjjt41a.exe nevű fájlt. Rakj be egy üres (és mindenképpen JÓ!) floppyt, majd indítsd el a pjjt41a.exe-t. Ez magától rámásolja a floppyra a szükséges fájlokat.
Zárj be minden alkalmazást, indítsd újra a gépet (a floppyt bent hagyva a drive-ban), ekkor magától elindul a BIOS frissítő program. Amikor arra kérdez rá, hogy melyik országot válaszd, nyomd meg a megfelelő számot (pl. "1" = USA). Aztán üss Enter-t.
Aztán megkérdezi a géped serial number-jét. Ha a szám helyes, üss N-t. Ugyanígy megkérdezi utána a típusszámot. Ha a szám helyes, megint üss N-t.
Aztán azt kérdezi meg, hogy meg akarod-e változtatni az indításkor beadott logót/logókat. Üss megint N-t.
Addig várj, amíg a gép nem írja ki: "POST/BIOS update completed" "Remove the diskette from the drive and Press Enter to restart the system." Ezek után szedd ki a floppyt és üssél Enter-t az újraindításhoz.
Ennyi volna a menete.

Innen le tudod szedni + angolul fent vannak a frissítés lépései. [link]
mod: elvileg, ha megvan a felhasználói kézikönyv, annak segítségével talán tudsz a meglévő BIOS-ban is nyelvet váltani. Nem gond, ha angolul van a manual, minden menüpontnak ugyanott kell lennie.
Philo: mindenki volt kezdő, úgyhogy ez nem ér. Ha tudnád, én mennyit töketlenkedtem életem első BIOS-frissítésénél...

Üdv Mindenkinek!
Kellene egy kis segítség ezzel a géppel. Szóval nem rég szereztem egy ilyen gépet, és amikor bekapcsoltam bejött hogy IBM, minden működik, de francia az egész, azt kérném minden fórumozótól, hogy segítsen hogy hogyan tudom átrakni Angol nyelvre, hogy értsek is valamit!
