Early versions of FlashGot were detected as malicious code (virus/trojan/spyware) because they dropped an utility executable (FlashGot.exe, formerly flashgot.vbs) in the temporary directory as a mean to communicate with the external download managers. Now the executable is created in you profile directory, and it should fix the antivirus screaming.
