  Dear X/Y,

  It seems like that I do not have much luck with your products. Sadly the bluetooth headset ordered from you keeps disconnecting in 20-30 minute intervals and it cannot find the signal unless I turn the headset off and on again.

  Obviously, I tried using it with several devices (my wife's notebook, television, PC, cell phone etc.) and the problem occurs nonetheless, although when using it with the phone or PC, I am simply experiencing hectic signal strength rather than loss of connection.

  I am reluctant to have it replaced under warranty, since I am worried that the next one will be exactly like this...
