  Yes, DVBT works fine, so i think hardware is ok, the hardware is common for both DVBT/T2 and DVBC mode,
  the difference is the driver.
  I'm not sure if it's a bug with DVBC driver. I incline to that it's about the different between these different tuner card,
  maybe the "technisat cablestar2 tuner card" is a professional level tuner card which built_in professional tuner chip and demodulation chip.
  We also have this professional tuner card for DVBS/S2 like TBS6903,TBS6908, TBS5927, they can do more than these normal tuner card.
