We are working on finalising our 3rd report with the European Commission, after which we plan to continue to collect data for country specific and special interest reports. We thank the current volunteers for their commitment to the project and will be recruiting more volunteers to help us with this invaluable ongoing work to improve broadband performance in Europe.

If you would like to stop participating, that is not a problem, we will remove your name from the study.

We currently require returns of monitoring units only from volunteers from the UK. Please dispose of your unit in a safe and environmentally friendly manner. Alternatively, you can try to revert the Whitebox to stock brand firmware if you wish, however we are unable to directly assist with this as we don’t have any information on how to do this. There are a number of websites which give details of this however we cannot recommend any specific one and cannot guarantee that this will work successfully.
