  A Win8 sem tud DVD-t lejátszani mert úgy találták hogy már nem használják annyian, hogy megérje licencelni a Windowsban.

  A warez - nem warez kérdést ebben a témában meg ez dönti el az EU-ban 2009 óta:

  The unauthorised reproduction, translation, adaptation or transformation of the form of the code in which a copy of a computer program has been made available constitutes an infringement of the exclusive rights of the author. Nevertheless, circumstances may exist when such a reproduction of the code and translation of its form are indispensable to obtain the necessary infor­mation to achieve the interoperability of an indepen­dently created program with other programs. It has therefore to be considered that, in these limited circum­stances only, performance of the acts of reproduction and translation by or on behalf of a person having a right to use a copy of the program is legitimate and compatible with fair practice and must therefore be deemed not to require the authorisation of the right­holder. An objective of this exception is to make it possible to connect all components of a computer system, including those of different manufacturers, so that they can work together. Such an exception to the author's exclusive rights may not be used in a way which prejudices the legitimate interests of the rightholder or which conflicts with a normal exploitation of the program.   A windóz amúgy mióta is játszik le natívban MP3-at, vagy avit? Nem olyan régóta. korábban arra is telepíteni lehetett.

  Na most amúgy. Maga a Linux (azaz disztrók) nem tartalmaznak semmilyen jogsértést szűz állapotukban, mivel nincsenek bennük ezek a codecek. Onnantól kezdve, hogy a user tölti le valahonnan - most hogy valaki felteszi egy tárolóba - a user sért max. jogot. De még ez sem valószínű, mert különben már ugrottak volna az emúlt x évben rá a jogászok.

  Egyébként abból, hogy a Fraunhofer írt egy levelt a fejlesztőknek, akik zárt forrású suftvert fejlesztettek, hogy következik az, hogy a nyílt forrású fejlesztéshez nem tették ingyenesé? Sehogy?

  A Flash "illegalitásáért" meg pont elég büntetés maga a Flash létezése .ű

  Meg olvass lejjebb is :
  "However, no license is needed for private, non-commercial activities (e.g., home-entertainment)"

  "Mp3 of course is open for all end-user applications (that is, we
  don't license end-users)."
