  be kell pipálni, hogy figyelmen kívül hagyja a win-es beállítást a chrome. nálam sem működik amúgy, én is pont azokat a beállításokat használtam eddig 24" monitoron, amit te írtál.

  egyébként úgy tűnik, hogy marad a dolog:

  Sorry for the confusion. There’s a Windows setting that allows you to change the size of text and other items on your desktop to be smaller or larger (“scaling”). Prior to Chrome 54, Chrome displayed only at 100% scale even if you had adjusted your computer’s scaling to be larger at 125% due to bugs in the way Chrome handled scaling.

  In Chrome 54, we've fixed many of these bugs and re-enabled support for 125% scale. As a result, Chrome's UI (i.e. icons, address bar, etc.) will appear larger than before when your system is set to 125% scale because it is now displaying properly. If you're seeing large UI and you didn't intend for your system to be at 125% scale globally, you can change it back to 100% as follows:
  On Windows 7, go to Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Display ("Make text and other items larger or smaller") and click the radio button next to "Smaller"
  On Windows 8, go to Control Panel > Display and drag the slider underneath "Change the size of of all items" so that it reads “Smaller.”
  On Windows 10, go to Settings > System > Display and drag the slider underneath "Change the size of text, apps, and other items" so that it reads 100%.
  If you’d like to further adjust your zoom settings specifically in the way Chrome displays websites, you can set your page zoom settings by going to chrome://settings > show advanced settings > web content > adjust your page zoom to what you’d prefer.
