  "There's a few things here.

  1) Your device is testing against a server in Slovenia. You latency is good (~22ms) so that shouldn't be a huge problem, though.

  2) You are almost constantly breaching the testing threshold we have in place, mostly with upstream traffic. Given the wildly different nature of the results you are getting for downstream speed, it could be possible that even when the unit is able to test (which is rare) that traffic is kicking in during the test itself.

  We are looking into what alternative servers we can try just in case it is simply down to the traffic being international."
