  Disconnect all hard drives, and CD/DVD drives. Then connect ONLY a single CD/DVD drive, either IDE Master, or a SATA drive to the first Intel SATA port (SATAII_0).

  Then put your motherboard install CD that came with the board in the CD and start the system, let it run for a bit and it should find no hard drives and then scan for a BIOS on the CD and recover from there. "
