  We are POSSBLE CEE (previously known as CarnationGroup) an international creative Studio with 20 years experience in digital. We are providing different solutions from marketing strategies, media planning to website development. We are proud of our innovative product and game development department, too.

  Our company joined the digital wing called POSSIBLE of the transnational WPP in 2012. That is why we changed our name in January. POSSIBLE has offices all around the world from London cross Los Angeles to Moscow.

  Now we have more than 100 employees operating in Budapest and Bucharest.

  We are looking for a SENIOR DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER to join our Budapest team to lead our regional and international projects.

  DUTIES:

  - manage pitches toward new and existing clients from project qualification to contracting
  - pro-active sales, continuous exploration of new prospects, opportunities both for existing and new clients
  - negotiate with clients, solve any problems and make sure deadlines are met
  - prepare digital strategies, tactical plans and functional specifications in the planning phase of the projects
  - prepare project schedule and coordinate the project phases according to it
  - cooperate with production leaders in resource-planning
  - brief and monitor the work of the production team in accordance with corporate regulations
  - resolve any issues and solve problems throughout the project life cycle, lead and motivate project team members
  - effectively manage project scope by ensuring that any changes to scope are well documented and approved with change request forms
  - track and report project milestones and provide status reports to the stakeholders, ensure transparency by daily, weekly reports
  - manage projects’ budget and invoice the client
  - continuously monitor and analyse the performance of client’s sites, digital and mobile entities what POSSIBLE CEE is responsible for
  - support the work and show cooperation with other business lines of the company (media, R&D, international offices)

  NEEDS:

  - at least 3-4 years of relevant experience
  - familiarity with agile project management methods
  - client oriented, be comfort with handling client issues
  - digitally proficient across all digital/mobile platforms
  - excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  - English proficiency
  - familiarity with project management tools/softwares
  - extrovert, proactive, confident, teamplayer, creative thinker

  ADVANTAGES:

  - ScrumMaster Certification
  - basic backend development / coding knowledge
  - IT background
