  I updated to Big Sur and then tried to go back to Mojave. Well, that’s not easy. I’ve learned (through error and trial), that the firmware installed by Big Sur on my iMac Pro is NOT a compatible with Mojave. There are problems. So after a week of hell, I’ve learned how to revert the firmware and now I have to install an is just go enable external drive booting in order to install Mojave. The problem is that when you revert the firmware, it locks the security T1 chip and you need to install an is to be able to change it to allow external booting. Then you can boot an external drive to install Mojave. I’m still trying to figure out if the problems have been resolved.
