Igen,a fotókra gondoltam.
Megértelek,h zavar téged az,h "kozmetikázott" kép van fent a hivatalos oldalon.
De annyira nem vészes az "eredeti" formája.
Szinte alig különbözik tőle.Nekem egy Nokia 5.1 plus van.
Semmi gond a kinezetevel.Eleg hasonló a Zenfonera.(szerintem)
Az tény,h ennyi pénzért azért elvárható az,h a "meghibásodások, problémák" kevesebbek legyenek minden csucstelefonal.
Habár nem akarók konteozni,de lehet ,h az "elavulas" idejét nem tudják a belőni....mert ugye egy fogyasztó alapú társadalom igy működik.(ördögi kör ez) -

Bocs,de nem tudod értelmezni az Asus Customer Service válaszát.
Szóval.Leirja,ha van számlád arról,h mikor vetted a telefont,akkor a számlán lévő időpont a mérvadó.
Ha véletlenül kidobtad a számlát,akkor sincs gond,mivel az Asushoz beregisztralt telefon szintúgy garanciás az Asus álltal megadott időpontig.
Az más tészta,ha az Asusnàl más a garanciàlis idő, vagyis a "garancia lejárta" koraibb.A magyar jogszabály leírja,h egy adott termék garanciális ideje akkor indul,mikor azt a vevő megveszi.
Ezért is van a számla,legyen papír alapú vagy elektromos .Remélem érted,h miről van szó.

The device has been tested for water resistance using IEC 60529 standard and has achieved an IP65/68 rating. Water and dust resistance can deteriorate over time in normal usage, or if the device is damaged, repaired or taken apart. The device should never be completely submerged underwater, and should not be allowed to come into contact with seawater, brine, chlorinated water or drinks. Failure to observe correct precautions will invalidate the device warranty and the function of water and dust resistance. Water resistance is tested by submerging the device to a depth of 1.5 meters in tap water for 30 minutes. After the test the device is removed and fully dried, then checked for normal operation. Please note that the device has a USB-C charging port, and this USB-C port must be completely dry before any attempt is made at charging. Az a gond,h "nagyok" az elvárások a telefonok iránt műszakilag.
Egy telefon nem tud helyetesiteni egy (profi) fényképezőgépet,egy asztali számítógépet,stb.
Talán majd egyszer, mikor a nanotechnika azt akarja.....Igen,sajnos abba igazad van,h egy "valag" pénzért csak olyan kompakt mobilt kapsz,ami így vagy ugy,kompromisszumos.(jelenleg)
Mint tudjuk,a tularazas divat mindenhol. -

Nem azt írtam,h "gáz",vagy nagyon rossz lenne a kamerája.
De egy ilyen pöpec készüléknél,(ráadásul ennyi pénzért) elvárható az,h pár fokkal jobb minőségű képeket csináljon,jobb kamera rendszert kapjon.
Egyébként minden telefonfajtanal vannak problémák.
Legyen az Samsung,Nokia, Xiaomi,stb.Egyes külföldi tesztelők is csak "ezt" emelik ki,mint "gyengeség".
