Canon has taken several steps to manage the potential for overheating, including:

Magnesium alloy was used in the body to dissipate heat away from internal components
An “overheat control” function to reduce heat generation when the camera is in standby
In regard to the installation of a fan:
The decision not to install a fan within the body was made in order to maintain the EOS R5’s compact size, lightweight construction, and weather resistance.

One thing multiple sources seem to agree with is that we are going to get some kind of EOS 7D Mark II replacement in mirrorless camera form, and no offense to the EOS M6 Mark II and EOS R6, neither of those cameras truly fit the heritage of Canon’s popular high-end APS-C camera.

Hát akkor R7 illene, hogy legyen. Mert komolyabb az obi-park, és többet is eladnának belőle, M-re még normális natív tele sincs sajna.
És M sajátosság a kis kompaktabb méret, "travel-kit" - gondolom robosztusabb, szigetelt R7 "munkagép" ebbe már nem fér bele.
Ehhez meg a Canon görcsösen ragaszkodik, van egy fétise; édemes megfigyelni, hogy az összes M-es gyári obik átmérője egységesen 61 mm.
