  Dear Sir/Madam,
  Today,when I handed over my Christmas presents I learnt to my greatest surprize that the item was not the one I had previosly ordered from You. Whereas my order was for a Huawei P Smart protective case,the one I was sent is a case that fits Honor 9 Lite phones. Though at first look they seem similar they in fact have knobs in different places,thus side knobs on the Huawei phone are continually pressed by the case acctually made for Honor 9 Lite,forcing it in Factory mode hence rendering it practically unusable. Please let me know how we could settle this issue in a way acceptable for both parties.Best regards,NEVED.

  101 days have passed since the order was sent and the product was paid. I had patiently waited for 60 days and then a week, all the while hoping for getting my order. Since then, another month passed yet again.
  During this time I could have walked around the world.

  I'm sorry, but I have no intention of withdrawing the dispute.

  Amúgy nem teljesen értem, hogy te mire kértél még egy hetet. Nem ez eladó kért inkább? Mindenesetre úgy írtam, hogy a 60 nap után eltelt még egy hét.
