The following is my flashing procedure:
1) boot to current recovery, factory reset and wipe Dalvik Cache
2) flash the 20140109 recovery or any version of cwm 6.0.4.5 recovery and reboot - all will give blue screen
3) flash ROM with belyava's blind flash mode the modified cm-11-20140109-NIGHTLY-gio.zip (original + gapps + adding/deleting some apps to suit my preference)
4) odin cwm-5.0.2.7-ext4only-odin.tar.md5 by pc via downloading mode (press vol. down+home+power)
5) reboot system and use it
(If you use original rom w/o integrated with gapps as my #3 above, you can flash the gapps via recovery after #4)
