Assign Quotas to users and groups. A quota is the maximum amount of hard drive space you wish to allow each user or group to use. Click on the 'Edit' icon on the right hand side of each user or group to set the quota. Click 'Apply' when finished. Near the bottom, either start or stop the quota function.
