El sem indul a transmission (tehát a process sem fut)? Mi a /mnt/transmission/settings.json állomány tartalma?

Persze azt is nézd meg, hogy létezik-e a nobody user (a /etc/passwd-ben). Illetve az other users-nek legalább olvasási jog kell a kérdéses könyvtárakra.
