Baj van a munkahelyi gépemmel. Előre bocsátom, hogy sok outputot pészteltem a hozzászólásomba, hogy ne csak a szám járjon.

Config:
Asus A7V-266D, 2xAthlon-MP 1600+, 1 Gb ECC, Zalman 400W APFC táp, Codegen szerver ház 5 darab 8cm-es ház ventillátorral (kettő ezek közül a vinyókon át fújja be a levegőt előlről, egy felülről fúj lefelé, 2 pedig a Zalman 2 ventijével karöltve hátrafelé kinyomja a meleget a házból), ohne overclock, konfortos hőmérséklet.
Vezérlő és vinyók (fél évesek):
3ware 7006-2, RAID1-ben: gyári kábelekkel mindkét portján 1-1 Maxtor DiamondMax9+ 120Gb 8Mb cache vinyóval.

Oprendszer: Gentoo GNU/Linux, stabil ág, 2.6.11.4/5/6 SMP kernellel.

Történet:
Csütörtökön észleltem, hogy az idáig frankón üzemelő gép időnként szaggat, miközben a logban a következő szívet melengető, megnyugtató üzenetek jelennek meg:

Command line tool-lal nem lehet verify-t csinálni, de ha reboot után a vezérlő BIOS-ával próbálom ellenőriztetni, az 1x % után ''Unknown error''-ral befejezi az ellenőrzést.

Kábel csere nem változtat a dolgon, viszont ha a vinyókat kicserélem, akkor a hiba is átvándorol => egyértelműen az egyik vinyóval nem stimmel valami: döglődik - akkor miért OK a status-a? A másik vinyónak miért olyan szarok a SMART értékei? Kifogtam 2 szar darabot? Állítólag ez a sorozat nem szériahibás...
A smartmontools mindkét vinyóra 2 percenként kicsi, és 54 percenként nagy teszt elvégzését javasolja: nem gyakori ez kicsit?
Keressek másik vinyót a hibaüzenetet nem adó helyett is a rossz értékekre tekintettel?

A szokásos kérdések:
-Zalmannal minden OK? Feszültségek rendben vannak, nem ingadoznak?
-Y-tápelosztó ugye nincs a vinyók előtt? Lehetőleg gyári szerelt csatiról kapják az áramot!

Archiválás -gondolom- megvolt. Ha leszeded a powermaxot, és ráereszted a vinyókra, meg fogja mondani a véleményét, és ennek birtokában elől, hogy gar. csere, vagy x-akta lesz a dologból...
