Tasks:

• Analyse, design and implement concepts based on the appropriate SAP CRM technologies

• Develop the SAP-standard process for telecommunication

• Develop unique adjustments for each customer individually, based on SAP CRM

Requirments:

• College/university degree in the field of Business Informatics, Economics or a related field

• Able to configure and develop SAP CRM processes in the field of sales (focus on Telco (Order-/Contract Management))

• knowledge in SAP CRM development field in the following areas:

o SAP CRM Customizing (Sales department, focused on Telco)

o ABAP/ABAP OO

o Web UI Konfiguration + BOL/GenIL

o EEWB

o Web Services

o Rules Modeler und Middleware

• Good knowledge of SAP Best Practices in CRM

• Make an effort to keep your Know-How up-to-date

• Fluent german and english knowledge

• A confident appearance, good communication and team work skills are appreciated, as well as an independent, structured and self responsible working method
