On the latest Dune HD models with Dolby Vision support (Pro Vision 4K Solo, Max Vision 4K), Netflix currently runs w/o Dolby Vision.
We are checking if Dolby Vision can be supported in a future firmware update for these models.

We are checking ror possible solution for this problem.
> Dolby Vision FEL is supported or MEL? MP4 with Dolby Vision?
Both Dolby Vision FEL and Dolby Vision MEL is supported, currently when playing full BD images (BDMV folder or BD ISO file, full menu mode or Lite mode).
NOTE: This is unique function of Dune HD media players, other media players based on Realtek RTD1619 media processor does not have this function.
For other file formats, Dolby Vision support is currently limited, not all file format variations are currently supported, it is planned to improve it in future firmware updates.

YouTube with HDR works in the following way:
- use Smart YouTube app (it is used by default automatically),
- ensure that "PRO MAIN" setting of this app is configured (to check which setting is configured, press "RETURN" button immediately after starting the app),
- start playback of HDR video,
- press a button in the app to choose video quality, and choose "VP9 profile 2" HDR video stream.
> Auto frame rate switching and auto resolution switching works with You Tube Netflix, supposedly not.
It works in YouTube and Netflix.

For the old models, we are working with the vendor of the media processor (Realtek) to find a solution for these problems.
The latest models (Pro Vision 4K Solo, Max Vision 4K) include an advanced video processing engine "Dolby Vision VS10", which already includes a fix for these problems.
