No it's not OK.

How the heck is that not visible to you, that there is a HUGE white line (backlighting) across the WHOLE SCREEN, and a dark spot at one corner (visible on the photos).

Actually I changed my mind.

I want to ship it back to you, as you are really not customer friendly. I want my money back.

The LCD (IPS) screen is broken. I've disassembled the device (although your document is useless for these tablet, as it is fully different).

What type of screen will you send if I accept? (manufacturer, type of device)

Well, I have some concerns: how do I disassemble the tablet? What if the touchscreen is also damaged, but it is not seen until disassembly? If I accept, will you send the same display? And also, I don't want to confirm the acceptance of the device, since I really don't want to loose my money (and you seem to be not caring...)
